Two small businesses have also recently closed during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 gErYUs body-paragraph\">Kurtz says that downtown\u2019s businesses are struggling because many employers and employees are working from home. This lead to less foot traffic, creating a major impact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 gErYUs body-paragraph\">Despite this, Kurtz says downtown Tulsa is booming.
